About a million people have fled Rafah in past three weeks, UNRWA says

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu called a deadly Israeli strike at a Rafah tent camp a “tragic accident.” Israeli and Gazan officials reported that forces were continuing operations in Rafah.
